Good songs. Good people. A good night out.
We’re a hardworking live band with a pretty simple plan: show up ready, play songs people love, make the room sound good, and have a genuinely good time doing it.
There’s no complicated backstory required. Willie & Friends grew out of a shared love for country that moves, rock and roll with a little dirt on it, blues with some teeth, and the Canadian songs that always seem to bring a room together.
We take the music seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. Different rooms call for different nights, so we listen, adjust, work hard, and leave space for the unexpected moments that make live music worth leaving the house for.
No shortcuts. No big production. Just a band that is glad to be there, a set full of familiar songs, and a room of people we hope are having as much fun as we are.
